100- cases of wine, beer or alcohol or your choice

Procedure:

1. Once you have purchased all the the ingredients, combine and let marinate for 6-9 months.  Once properly seasoned serve on a bed of stress, no sleep and a stomach ulcer.  You will now be a little bit wiser in the ways of buying houses.
